Diffeomorphic Deformations and Topological Changes for Trees of 3D Curves

We propose a framework for the alignment of 3D curve trees allowing both geometrical and topological deformations of a source tree onto a target. To that end we combine the natural Tree Like Shape space representation with LDDMM and optimal transport, allowing our template to both move in the tree space and be deformed by diffeomorphisms.
